By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the terms and conditions of participation.

The organizer of the competition is MAISTRO Handels GmbH, Ferdinand-Seeland-Straße 14, A-9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee.

Start and Ending

The contest starts on September 27, 2022, and the deadline for entries is October 2, 2022, at midnight German time. 

Prize

Ten packages containing a variety of Maistro products will be raffled off in this competition. The prize is limited to one package per winner and will be sent to the winner's address as provided by email; it does not include any other items or costs. Maistro Handels GmbH is not liable for any additional costs of any kind incurred by the winner.

Giveaway 

The winner will be determined within one week after the end of the competition in a random draw among all participants in the presence of witnesses. The winner will then be notified of their prize via the email address provided on the competition page and will receive information about the next steps. If the winner cannot be reached by email or does not respond within 7 days and is therefore unable to claim their prize, their claim to the prize shall lapse. In such a case, Maistro Handels GmbH shall select a replacement winner from the remaining prize opportunities in accordance with these terms and conditions. The same shall apply if the winner does not accept the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee. The prize cannot be exchanged. The prize is not transferable to third parties. No cash alternative is available.
 

Eligibility

All persons residing in Austria who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation are eligible to participate in this competition. Employees of MAISTRO Handels GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation in this competition is free of charge; there is no obligation to purchase.
 

Modification, interruption, termination of the contest and exclusion from the contest  

MAISTRO Handels GmbH reserves the right to change an ongoing competition and its terms and conditions at any time without notice. Participants affected by such changes will be informed immediately in an appropriate manner. Any prize claims by participants that have already become effective and irrevocable will of course not be affected in any way by MAISTRO Handels GmbH. Furthermore, MAISTRO Handels GmbH reserves the right to interrupt or terminate a competition at any time without notice.

 

Participation requirements-

By participating in the competition, the participant declares that they have read the conditions of participation and accept them without restriction. Each participant may only participate in the competition in their own name and only once. Participation by or via competition service providers or automated services is not permitted.

The following information must be provided in the form to be completed: 
The participant's complete and truthful contact details. In addition, each participant must accept the privacy policy, the terms of use,  the cookie policy, and these conditions of participation. Information that is not provided in accordance with these requirements will not be considered in the context of the competition.

 

Data Privacy

The participant agrees that the data provided (name, email address, postal address, company details) may be stored to the extent necessary and used for the following purposes: sending information and advertising relating to MAISTRO products by email and post, invitations to presentations or customer events, and delivery of an electronic newsletter. This consent may be revoked at any time in accordance with Article 21 GDPR by emailing marketing@maistro.at. From the time the revocation is received, no further data processing will take place on the basis of this declaration of consent. The lawfulness of the processing of the data until the revocation is received remains unaffected. The participant agrees that in the event of revocation prior to the prize draw, participation in the competition is not possible. Further provisions on data protection can be found in the privacy policy.

 

Other

Prize claims are not transferable to third parties. Commercial resale of prizes is not permitted.

Furthermore, MAISTRO Handels GmbH accepts no liability for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries. Legal recourse is excluded; no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.

 

The competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them. Therefore, Facebook and/or Instagram are not liable for any claims in connection with the competition. All communication regarding the competition will be conducted exclusively through Maistro Handels GmbH.

Legal recourse is excluded.
