1985
In the early days of MAISTRO in 1985, the innovative Carinthian chef Armin Strohschein was ahead of his time. His passion for first-class soups, sauces, and spices was reflected in his first product, "Meine Klare Suppe" (My Clear Soup).
He reacted early to the emerging dangers of allergens by introducing vegan soup broth.
and laid the foundation for safety in the kitchen.
