MEINE KLARE SUPPE

Around 36 years ago, Armin Strohschein, one of the most creative and innovative award-winning chefs in Carinthia, had an idea. He wanted to create an all-in-one soup and seasoning mixture, which on the one hand should have a real gourmet cuisine level in terms of quality and taste, on the other hand should be absolutely natural and digestible. A refined mixture made from natural ingredients, with high nutritional values and tolerable for everyone. In 1985 he finally succeeded in successfully launching his masterpiece Meine Klare Suppe under the MAISTRO brand. Being a professional chef he firstly initially only thought of B2B, but after the demand for healthy ready-made products from end-consumers steadily grew, the range was expanded to include the B2C area.
